Quality Follow Up

Quality Assurance

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Foundry product process flow development
• PFMEA
• Control plans
• MSA-plans
• Failure analysis, RMA etc.
• Transferring the product toward production status
• Product quality assurance according to customer specifications throughout all product phases (concept, prototype, pilot and production)

Area Manager Responsibilities:

• Standard process module library and process capability studies
• Developing new process steps / modules to meet customer and market needs
• Process control, including periodic maintenance
• APC and SPC implementation
• Routines for operators and equipment in order to optimize manufacturing within the area
• Safety documents

Operators, Process Engineers Responsibilities:

• Operate standard processes
• Create new process flows from base line processes
• Analyze results and implement improvements
• Train and certify operators
• Perform and implement maintenance routines
