Silex Microsystems AB awarded ISO 9001:2000

Kista, Sweden, May 2003 – Silex Microsystems AB, leading provider of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) to the telecommunications and life science industries, has just announced that it has been certified ISO 9001 version 2000. The audit was conducted by DNV Certification AB.

This is an important step for Silex Microsystems and it represents a commitment to strengthen the company’s ability to identify and meet the needs and expectations of its customers and other interesting parties. This also reflects the management’s and the organization’s motivation to integrate a high level of regulatory requirements in all its products and services. Silex Microsystems organization has already applied and is working according to these quality management principles which are now formally recognized.
