Silex Launches New Zero-Crosstalk™ Process

Silex introduced its new Zero-Crosstalk™ process at the MEMS International Symposium 2008 in Tokyo. The Zero-Crosstalk™ and Sil-Via™ process are standard process modules based on Silex proprietary Through Silicon Insulator (TSI™) technology.
